NDC primaries in New Juaben South progressing slowly

The National Democratic Congress (NDC) nationwide primaries started on the quiet note in the New Juaben South Constituency.

In some few polling stations visited by the Ghana News Agency, there were no queues and few electorates were seen around.

As at 0700 hrs, voting had not started at the Wesley International Polling Station because the electoral officers were still not yet settled, however, there were some electorates hanging about waiting for the officials to open the polling station for them to vote.

At Mile 50 M/A Primary Polling Station, as at 0745hrs, only three of the electorates had voted and at the Adweso Calvary Methodist Church Polling Station, as at 0752 hrs, only seven people had voted.

At Social Welfare Polling Station at Srodae, as at 0808hrs, 19 out of the 356 registered voters had voted. GNA
