The school beat St George’s Anglican Primary to win in the two-day event organised by the Ghana Cricket Association (GCA).
Ho Kpodzi Evangelical Presbyterian Junior High School (JHS) won the JHS category with Mawuli Senior High School (SHS) winning the SHS competition.
The competition, held for both males and females in all the categories was to introduce the game to students.
Mr Henry Ackom, Operations Officer, GCA described the tournament as highly successful.
“The response is great and the performances, superb. It was highly successful,” he stated.
Mr Ackom said the initiative was to provide an alternative for students to engage positively.
He said reports indicate that the game is taking children off the streets.
