September 29, 2014, Accra, MTN Ghana wishes to inform its valued customers that speedy access to its Mobile Money Service is currently limited to My MTN menu and the Internet Channel.
Customers who typically access MTN Mobile Money services through *170# are therefore advised to use either My MTN menu on their phones or the Internet Channel at https//mobilemoney.mtn.com.gh.
MTN wishes to apologize to *170# channel users for intermittent delays they are currently experiencing with that channel.
While the MTN technical team works tirelessly to resolve the issue, affected customers who haven’t already done so are encouraged to visit any MTN Branch or Store to activate their SIM Menu as this will enable them access Mobile Money services easily..
MTN Ghana sincerely apologizes for the inconvenience.
