“The resurrection of our Lord Jesus Christ has brought us righteousness through faith and the wall of sediments and hostility has been broken,” Prophet Kwame Darko-Mensah, leader of God’s Disciples College Church said on Sunday.
He explained that Christ was the only way of peace and his death has brought everybody together to receive his Spirit.
“God has a plan for mankind, to bring his Son Jesus Christ to die and save the world of sin of guilt. He came to break the wall of contempt by sharing His blood on the cross”.
Preaching on Easter Sunday, Prophet Darko-Mensah said Jesus Christ has played his part and man must also do his part and quoted Ecclesiastics 12:13- “Let us hear the conclusion of the matter: Fear God and Keep His Commandments: for this is the whole duty of man”.
He urged Ghanaians not to keep a deaf ear when they hear the word of God, saying that, “Cling unto the word and live by it and you will be saved forever”.
Prophet Darko-Mensah reiterated the need for Christians not to grief over the Holy Spirit given to them by God, which served as a seal for redemption and rather show kindness, compassion and forgive each other as Christ forgave our sins. GNA
