Popular Ghanaian actress Lydia Forson has called on Ghanaians to continue voting for Elikem Kumordzi, Ghana’s only hope at the Big Brother Africa (BBA) The Chase competition.
Lydia who happens to be the Social Media Ambassador for the 2013 edition of the BBA took to her twitter page to solicit for votes that would keep Elikem in the reality show.
Elikem is the only Ghanaian housemate holding the flag of Ghana high at the BBA. He has been nominated for eviction this week therefore the need for Ghanaians to keep voting for him.
“For once let’s support someone because he/she is from Ghana and not based on our sentiments towards them. VOTE #elikem #BBAThChase,” Lydia’s tweet read.
Elikem succeeded in warming the beds of female housemates Pokello, Feza, Fatima and fellow Ghanaian housemate Selly a couple of weeks before she was kicked out of the competition. Elikem and Pokello were involved in what many have termed as a disfunctional love affair until she was kicked out some weeks ago.
Elikem is expected by majority of Ghanaians to bring home the ultimate US$ 300,000 cash prize.
