Some 735 people have begun casting their ballots in the special voting Tarkwa Nsuaem, Prestea Huni Valley and Wassa Amenfi East constituencies in the Western Region.
Some 385 people expected to vote in Tarkwa Nsuaem, 230 in the Prestea Huni Valley and 120 in the Wassa Amenfi East constituencies.
The special voting is meant for those who will not have the time to vote on the Election Day because of the roles they have to play on the Election Day on December 07.
They are personnel of the security services and officials of the Electoral Commission.
A visit to polling stations where the special is ongoing in the three constituencies indicates that voting is going on peacefully.
However, the Police Commander, Assistant Commissioner of Police Paul Aryitey and three other persons could not vote because their transfers to vote at Tarkwa did not go through.
The Special Voting will end at 1700 hours. GNA
