Against the “All Die Be Die” SLOGAN, pronouncement made by the flag bearer of the largest opposition political party, NPP, Nana Addo Dankwah Akufo Addo, a leading member of the NDC Zongo Caucus in parliament and a member of parliament for Yendi constituency Alhaji Ibun Baba Sulemana Iddrisu has asked the followers of the ruling National Democratic Congress (NDC) to be conscious of their and that ”ALL-LIFE-BE-LIFE”.
The Hon. Member was addressing followers of the ruling party at an inauguration ceremony in Accra today. The group named Zongo for Mahama (ZFM), was a group of some Muslim individuals from Zongo communities in the country. The group according the organizers was intended to declare their individual supports and to canvas for votes in support of the NDC Presidential candidate his Excellency John Dramani Mahama in the up-coming 2012 general elections.
Alhaji Ibun Baba Sulemana Iddrisu has appealed to the group that every life matters and that “ALL-LIFE-BE-LIFE”, therefore they should desist from any form of activity that mighty claim life of any individual in the up-coming 2012 general election, but rather work assiduously to retain John Dramani Mahama and the NDC in power come 2012.
He also cautioned them to be mindful of the NPP leadership’s aggressiveness of coming into power with their “All-Die-Be-Die” slogan.
