A German businessman who went missing shortly after arriving in South Africa some eight month ago has been found dead.
Uwe Gemballa remains was found on tuesday in Pretoria. He is said to have been shot execution style and his hands tied to his back.
Gemballa went missing on February 8 after landing at OR Tambo International Airport, it is reported that the businessman on the day he went missing contacted his Wife in Germany requesting a huge amount of money and his wife said when he called her, he spoke in english a language they hardly communicated in, she said that’s when she suspected something was wrong and reported the matter to the German police who sent two detectives to South Africa to assist in the serach of Gemballa.
South African police said they have not made any arrest on the case yet but have opened a murder docket.
