A major fire at the Tema harbour has killed 3 people and injured several others, according to officials.
The fire at the Medland International loading bay of the harbour began late Saturday and fire official are still battling the blaze to stop it from spreading.
According to an official from the Ghana fire service who identified himself as Ken, the actual cause of the fire is undetermined and is under investigation, he said.
The Medland International loading bay portion of the harbour, was occupied by about 17 people at the time of the blaze.
The dead and the injured were taken to the Tema General Hospital.
