Paris Hilton left Japan Wednesday after Japanese authorities banned her from entering the country due to her recent cocaine related conviction in U.S state of Las Vegas.
Paris and her sister Nicky Hilton arrived in Japan on sept. 21 to promote Paris’ fashion and fragrance lines. Upon arrival at Japan’s Narita Airport, immigration officials stopped Paris and her sister, Paris was questioned for several hours on tuesday and was forced to sleep at the airport hotel.
Paris Hilton agreed to leave Japan on Wednesday after it became clear to her that she will not be allowed entry into Japan.
The 29-year-old Paris Hilton pleaded guilty to two misdemeanors on September 17, 2010. Under the terms of the plea bargain, she was sentenced to one year probation, 200 hours community service, $2,000 fine and ordered to complete a drug abuse program. Japan’s immigration laws forbid anyone with drug-related conviction from entering the country.
