Midfielder Kevin-Prince Boateng is still in the running for a place in Ghana’s team for the weekend’s match against Swaziland, having overcome an ankle injury.
Reports had claimed that Boateng would be unavailable for the Sunday’s 2012 African Nations Cup but the Ghana camp says the AC Milan player is available for selection.
Matthew Amoah is the only absentee for Sunday’s game due to injury. There has been no replacement call-up for Amoah. Ghana will train on the Astro Turf in Lombamba on Saturday ahead of their match against the Swazis.
